Q: How much is shipping charge?

Our delivery charge for Metro Manila is 4$, Nationwide 7$. 
We also offer Sunday special delivery where the delivery cost is 10$. Above delivery charges are regardless the quantity of the product. Shipping cost are being set per order basis.

Q: When will my order arrive?

Ans: Next Day delivery is available most parts of the Metro Manila. In this case our cut off time is 6 pm. But because of the distance of the recipient's address or unavailability of the products may cause delay.  You can also choose a particular date for your product to be delivered however we don't promise exact time for your delivery.

  • Your ordered products will be delivered in its utmost quality and utmost care.
  • It will be guaranteed to be delivered on time as we follow a standard procedure.
  • Our nationwide delivery take 2 days for most of the cities.

Q: Do you deliver Saturdays & Sundays?

Ans: Yes we do deliver on Saturday but we don't have regular delivery schedule on Sundays. However you have an option while checking out to choose Sunday special delivery if it is extremely needed. In case of Sunday special delivery you must place an order atleast 2 days prior to the delivery schedule.

Q: Are there any possibility for you to charge my recipient?

Ans: Absolutely Not. We will never charge your recipient for any reason. Except if we found that someone placed a fraud orders and recipient mislead us by saying that she/he know the buyer and at the end we have found that it is a fraud order, in such case like this recipient is bound to pay us total amount of the product plus additional 25$ as chargeback fee or recipient have to face legal action. For those who would like to fraud please remember RegaloConnect.com will never tolerate such reckless behave and we have prosecuted and we will prosecute them with fullest extend of the law.
